Shipping & Returns
This guide on shipping and returns complements the Terms & Conditions of use of the Kanobe website.
1 - SHIPPING
Kanobe offers international shipping on all orders. Shipping is free for orders to the EU, the United Kingdom and Norway. For all other territories, orders worth 100 euros (or the equivalent in foreign currency) benefit from free shipping.
Customers remain responsible for customs fees that may be charged by their relevant delivery country. No customs fees apply to orders delivered within the European Union.

Delivery times and methods:
Products are made in small batches and orders are dispatched a week from the receipt of the order. In this context, Kanobe does everything in its power to ensure each order is delivered as quickly as possible. Customers can track their package using the tracking number communicated by email following shipment of their order.
2 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customers enjoy the right to return or exchange orders made on the Kanobe website. Customers may request returns or exchanges, without having to give reasons or pay any penalties, within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of an order. Customers may exchange the returned product(s) for other products of the same value.
The right to return or exchange an order is only applicable to unopened products in perfect condition, and accompanied as applicable, with any labels, accessories, guarantee(s), notice(s), and copies of the documents attached to the order. Only one return or exchange can be made per order.
Kanobe asks customers to make return or exchange requests by one of the following means:
- By using the contact section of the Kanobe website, citing the relevant order number; or
- By contacting Kanobe through the following email address, citing the relevant order number: inquiries@kanobe.com
Customers must return the products no later than 15 days after requesting a return or exchange. Using the return labels provided by Kanobe, a customer may return the relevant products either:
- By post;
- By return to a pick-up point (available for the areas covered by the pick-up point service); or
- By home collection.
For each of these options, return costs are free of charge.
Refunds
For returns, the total invoiced price (including initial delivery costs as applicable) of the returned products will be refunded by crediting the customer via the payment method they used to purchase the relevant order, no later than 10 days after receipt of the returned products by Kanobe.
If only part of an order is returned by the customer, Kanobe will not be able to refund any applicable delivery costs initially invoiced to the customer.
Products returned when they are incomplete, spoiled, damaged, worn or soiled for reasons attributable to the customer will not be refunded.
