Kanobe is made in small batches in Brussels and Spa, Belgium.

Our founder, Rezzi, formulates each product to target a specific skin concern and mood, based on the properties of the botanicals and their aromatherapeutic benefits.

Our core ingredients are then sourced from various African countries, and combined with precious botanicals from around the world.

Aromatherapy is the use of naturally fragrant oils to improve physical, emotional or mental health, by rubbing them into the skin or breathing in their smell.

All fragrant extracts used in the collection have incredible skin benefits, and are chosen for both their cosmetic and olfactory effects on the body.

Guided by aromatherapy science, we use certified organic essential oils, the finest natural perfumery extracts, and hydrolates to power and scent our formulas.

We choose organic because how a plant is grown matters.

Wild and organically grown crops generally have higher concentrations of beneficial plant compounds, including antioxidants, than conventionally grown counterparts.

We see this every day, when working with ingredient analyses to formulate, or choosing the best botanicals for our products.

Our products range from lightly scented with functional ingredients like honey, to aromatherapeutic products with fragrant extracts like our body butter, balms and scented oils.

When fragrance is used, we always blend to achieve balance and complementarity.

The Rich Cocoa Body Butter was specifically formulated to provide a sensory ritual for expecting and nursing mothers: naturally scented with cocoa, and gentle frankincense and roman chamomile. Assessed by a chemist, we're proud of a formula that doesn't compromise on a sensory experience whilst supporting the health and elasticity of the skin.

Our Wild Oat & Acacia Soap has no added scent and we recommend pairing this with the Rich Cocoa Body Butter for a skin-soothing routine.
